Free CRM & lead-flow review
Find the enquiries you are already paying for and never hear about.
Most service businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a lead-handling problem — and it is invisible, because the enquiries that go missing leave no record behind. We spend thirty minutes finding where yours go.
- We look at your actual pipeline and your actual numbers, not a feature list.
- You leave with the shape of the work and a realistic figure, before anyone signs.
- You own the software. Licences go in your name, billed by the vendor, not by us.
- If the CRM is fine and the problem is somewhere else, we will tell you that.

These are campaigns Mathew Brown has run personally over his career, not results Marketing & Technology produced for a client under contract. The distinction matters and gets stated rather than blurred.

Four things we look for, and usually find
How long a lead waits
Measured, not estimated. The gap between an enquiry arriving and a human replying is the single number most service businesses have never looked at, and it is usually the most expensive one.
Which enquiries never became records
Marketplace messages, after-hours calls, the form that emails one person who was on a roof. We count what arrives against what exists in the CRM, and the difference is the leak.
Where the pipeline stops matching reality
Stages nobody updates, deals parked in "quoted" since March, required fields filled with "n/a". A stage people route around is a stage that makes your reporting fiction.
Whether your numbers can be trusted
Conversion tracking fires once, twice or never; ad platforms bid on whatever they are told. We check what is actually being counted before anyone makes a spending decision on it.
Mathew integrated the website with our customer relationship management system, which was very important to the firm. Although we encountered some technical challenges, he always found practical solutions. He was also conscious of costs and made an effort to identify the most economically viable way to accomplish each objective.
Who this is for
Owner-operated service businesses in Ontario doing roughly $1M to $20M — construction, home improvement, and the trades. Companies with enough enquiry volume that a handling problem costs real money, and few enough people that nobody has time to go looking for it.
Mathew spent over a decade in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, flooring, renovations and painting before any of this. You will not spend the call explaining how quoting works.
What does it cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation on the other side of it. The review takes a few hours of real work, which is why we ask what you are running before booking one rather than handing them out to anyone who clicks.
What do you need from me?
Thirty minutes, and read-only access to whatever exists — the CRM, Google Ads, Analytics. Nothing gets changed. If you would rather show us on a screenshare than hand over logins, that works too.
What if we already have someone doing this?
Then the review tells you whether they are getting it right, including when the answer is yes. We have told owners their agency was doing fine and the problem was internal. That is a legitimate finding and we will say it.
Thirty minutes, and you will know what your lead handling is costing you.
Worst case you get a clear picture of your own numbers and do nothing about it. That is still better than the position most owners are in.
